The video that I received to review these workouts was very nice. I liked that the three women broke down the work out into three levels are each woman did a level. This is nice because you are able to start at one level and if you want more challenge you can move to the next level without changing the video. The workout was simple but works well. They are quick, only 15 minutes, so you can add them to a workout routine you already do or start a new one! Overall I am happy with my experience with the MASHUP workouts and will continue to use it in my workout routine!
