Affliction, Book 1 in the Soul Seeker Series Review

This is an interesting book. I like that the main character is a woman who is taking on a situation she knows it wrong. She does not know the whole situation but she knows that her friend Dani is dead and should not be. Mel also knows that Destiny is no where to be found, that is until she is seen with another couple at Dani’s funeral. I like that the author made her a strong independent woman and that she is stubborn enough to go against what others tell her. I love that she can read souls, that is really interesting. I am interesting in reading more to find out what happens with Destiny and everyone else. This is a quick read, you get involved with the charters and want to know what is going on and who you can trust!
